hydrate.sh creates the admin (password in forgejo/fnox.toml), adds the keys in forgejo/authorized_keys and creates the repos in FORGEJO_REPOS, filled from the existing bare repos. Repositories live in /srv/git/<owner>/, where doco-cd will read them once POLL_CONFIG points there (next commit).
