- deno.json installs with pnpm 12.6.0's standalone binary (frozen lockfile), builds with `deno task build:deploy`, and runs `db apply` from the built bundle as the predeploy gate; `lock: false` and `nodeModulesDir: manual`. - build:deploy runs the Vite CLI in one permitted Deno process, then `deno task deploy:prune` (node_modules, .output, .tanstack and the Deno cache); `start` serves dist/server/server.js; `db` runs src/autokit/server.ts through Deno. - The deploy:preview / deploy:production scripts are removed: they deployed the local tree by hand to another app, and a push is the only deploy path. - .npmrc drops the unused @nestarz scope.
