A cold isolate retried page-cache purges against hard-coded bunny and mf origins that no longer answer (565 of 1,402 log lines, 12-20 Oct). Peers now come from BUNNY_CACHE_ORIGIN, DENO_CACHE_ORIGIN and MF_CACHE_ORIGIN only. no-legacy-abort silences Deno's request.signal warning (253 lines).
